If your company has a Blackberry service hosted within the network you will need to be set up in the software to be able to synchronise your emails, calendar entries and contacts with your Blackberry.
When you have notified the Blackberry administrator, you will be provided with an activation password.
Once you have this password, please follow the instructions below to activate your Blackberry.
1) Check that you have a good signal (GPRS or 3G displaying in the top right)
2) Navigate to Options -> Advanced Options -> Enterprise Activation
3) Enter your e-mail address
4) Enter the password provided
5) Click the Blackberry button and choose “Activate”
6) Wait for the Blackberry to activate and sync
If after 30 minutes you are not receiving emails, please notify the Blackberry administrator.
